Turner Construction Company

Developed and executed a comprehensive internal communications strategy to strengthen connection and alignment among a physically distributed team.

The program combined quarterly virtual town halls, a flagship in-person gathering, and a yearly corporate strategy card, creating multiple touchpoints to reinforce shared goals and company direction.

Led all aspects of the initiative, including content development, event planning, logistics, and collateral design, ensuring consistency across both digital and in-person experiences.
